Mission

The mission of JAH EL' Ministerial Consulate © is to establish a sovereign, biblically grounded community that embodies the spiritual heritage upon which our faith was founded. In an age when systems have repeatedly undermined and eroded the sacred beliefs and values of faith communities, we seek to separate ourselves from these influences and reestablish a governance founded upon God’s laws and principles. As a sovereign religious consulate, we stand under the protection of the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, affirming our right to exercise and govern our beliefs without interference.

Guided by divine purpose, we are called to equip, inspire, and activate those within our consulate to fulfill their God-given calling, fostering an environment where talents and gifts are rekindled (2 Timothy 1:6). In alignment with Ephesians 4:12, our mission is to build up “The Body” and strengthen all who are called to serve, equipping them for the work of good service. We aim to nurture the spiritual awakening of individuals, empowering them to use their gifts for the greater good and to actively participate in the restoration of biblical values and principles that form the cornerstone of a just society.

Recognizing that each human is endowed by their Creator with “certain unalienable Rights” (Declaration of Independence) and that freedom of thought, conscience, and religion is protected by Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), we seek to safeguard these rights within our own community. Our mission extends beyond our consulate, aiming to be a beacon of faith and sovereignty, protecting our beliefs and offering refuge from secular systems that conflict with our values. Through our mission, we seek to activate and equip those within our fold to live out their callings and establish a lasting legacy of faith, compassion, and divine justice.

Vision

Our vision is to cultivate a sovereign community that exemplifies the biblical principles upon which this nation was founded, re-establishing the framework of a society that honors God and embraces His teachings as the guiding light for governance, compassion, and service. We envision a world where every person, endowed with a divine calling, has the opportunity to explore and express their unique gifts, unbound by secular systems that have historically marginalized and decimated faith-based communities. In our pursuit, we honor the “Great Commission” (Matthew 28:16-20), dedicating ourselves to a mission of global discipleship, unity, and service through acts of love and stewardship.

We see ourselves as part of a greater movement to restore cultural and spiritual values, echoing the founding principles of freedom, justice, and sovereignty articulated in both the Constitution and Article 27 of the UDHR, which affirms the right of individuals and communities to practice, protect, and perpetuate their religious and cultural heritage. In this vision, every individual within JAH EL’ Ministerial Consulate will find the support, resources, and freedom necessary to reach their highest potential, fully expressing their calling as they contribute to a society that reflects the divine nature within each person.

Through our efforts, we hope to build a global community of faith-based consulates and assemblies, unified by a shared purpose to uplift one another and reclaim the cultural and spiritual sovereignty that belongs to all people of faith. Our consulate will stand as a testament to the enduring power of religious sovereignty, cultivating a legacy where each member can fulfill their God-given potential, contribute to a society rooted in biblical values, and create a world that reflects compassion, justice, and unwavering devotion to divine principles.

Activities, Programs, and Services

JAH EL' Ministerial Consulate © stands as a sovereign religious entity devoted to advocating for human rights, sovereign rights, and the establishment of a self-regulated justice system. As a consulate, we are committed to upholding a governance framework based on biblical principles, historical rights, and human dignity. By overseeing our own legislative and regulatory structures, we aim to build and sustain communities rooted in faith, resilience, and independence. Our current planning and development initiatives reflect these aims and outline the foundation for future programs and services.

Our core areas of focus include:

1. Sovereign Governance and Legislative Framework

  • Consulate Legislation and Regulations: Developing a codified body of consulate laws and regulations rooted in biblical principles and human rights standards, enabling us to establish a self-governing legal framework that promotes justice, sovereignty, and accountability within our community.

  • Justice System Oversight: Establishing an autonomous justice system within the consulate, including dispute resolution, conflict mediation, and community-based justice practices, ensuring that members receive fair, impartial support in matters of personal and communal concern.

  • Human and Sovereign Rights Advocacy: Advocating for the protection of human rights, as defined in Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and other foundational principles. We will champion the right to religious freedom, self-determination, and cultural preservation, ensuring that our members' rights are respected and upheld both within and beyond the consulate.

2. Strategic Planning for Community Restoration

  • Program Design: Designing programs that reflect our mission to reclaim and rebuild communities. Programs will include education, training, community support, and the development of housing, schools, and infrastructure that embody the values of self-governance and collective ownership.

  • Land Acquisition and Development: Identifying and acquiring land allotments and properties to restore and re-establish communities that have been historically disenfranchised. We aim to build sustainable housing, farms, schools, and medical facilities where our members can take pride in ownership, contributing to self-sustaining communities.

  • Infrastructure and Resource Setup: Building the foundational infrastructure necessary to support consulate operations, including spaces for education, medical care, justice system administration, and faith-based gatherings.

3. Community Engagement and Advocacy

  • Building Partnerships: Collaborating with local and international human rights organizations, faith groups, and community leaders to support joint initiatives that align with our values of autonomy and self-sufficiency.

  • Outreach and Public Awareness: Raising awareness about our consulate's mission to promote and protect human and sovereign rights, building a broad network of supporters dedicated to re-establishing safe, resilient, and spiritually-centered communities.

  • Community-Based Safety and Advocacy: Creating programs that focus on community safety, public health, and individual well-being through localized initiatives, restoring dignity and security to communities historically impacted by neglect or injustice.

  • Monthly Membership Manna Meetings: Hosting monthly gatherings for consulate members to discuss community well-being, legal and spiritual matters, and progress on shared initiatives. These meetings foster unity, spiritual health, and mutual support among community members.

  • Community Events

4. Establishing Faith-Centered Community Services

  • Orphanages and Child Care Facilities: Establishing orphanages and child care facilities as safe, faith-centered homes where children can thrive in a loving, supportive environment. Our initial goal is to care for 144,000 children across Missouri and Illinois, eventually expanding to serve as many as our hearts can hold.

  • 24-Hour Prayer & Worship Centers: Developing centers that remain open around the clock, offering a sanctuary where individuals can find solace, support, and spiritual guidance at any hour. These centers serve as safe havens for prayer and meditation, staffed by clergy and ministerial personnel.

5. Volunteer and Community Building Initiatives

  • Volunteer Network Development: Recruiting, training, and organizing volunteers who play a vital role in the development and implementation of consulate programs, including land restoration, education, and advocacy efforts.

  • Engagement Opportunities: Offering roles and responsibilities across various consulate initiatives, empowering volunteers to contribute directly to community building, humanitarian aid, and faith-based support.

6. Ordination & Certification for Leadership and Advocacy

  • Ordination and Training for Ministry: Developing a structured ordination and certification program to recognize and empower leaders committed to advancing our mission. This includes the ordination of individuals who demonstrate a deep calling and readiness to lead in both spiritual and community contexts.

  • Justice and Advocacy Training: Providing specialized training in justice, advocacy, and community leadership, equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to support our legal and advocacy initiatives.

Our activities and services are centered on building a sovereign, self-governing community that honors human dignity, advocates for inalienable rights, and promotes spiritual and cultural restoration. Through the establishment of our own legislative and regulatory framework, the development of a self-sustained justice system, and a commitment to rebuilding communities, we aim to create a place where members can live, grow, and serve in alignment with their faith and heritage.

Our mission is not only to empower individuals but also to reclaim our communities from systems that have historically oppressed faith-based societies, establishing instead a just, sovereign environment that respects human rights and divine law. As the Lord & His hosts goes before us… will be a beacon of hope, advocacy, and restoration for all who seek a life of purpose, sovereignty, and spiritual integrity. Thus, rebuilding our walls of Jerusalem, and reestablishing His priesthood by purpose 1 Peter 2:9.
