Doctor (Ce Ce) Adams - Thd/Ddiv is the founder, governing steward, and ministerial overhead of JAH EL’ Ministerial Consulate © , where faith meets action, and purpose meets people. With decades of multi-sector leadership—spanning ministry, business, wellness, and justice advocacy—she has cultivated a mission rooted in restoration, responsibility, and revival for the most vulnerable among us.
Her Mission

Most High God."
Her mission is anchored in the belief that sustainable change begins when spiritual truth and practical compassion are applied hand-in-hand. Through the power of God’s Word and divine wisdom, she works to rebuild the broken walls in communities suffering from violence, poverty, homelessness, and generational harm.

Equipping clergy and laypersons in spiritual crisis intervention, CPR, trauma response, and community chaplaincy.
🔹 Unveiled Faces Humanitarian Initiative ©
Providing food, clothing, emotional support, transportation, and dignity-based aid to those in crisis, especially survivors of trafficking, homelessness, and abuse.
🔹VOCA (Victims of Crime Advocacy & Safe-at-Home Application Assistance)
Advocacy and restoration services for victims navigating legal, emotional, and spiritual trauma.
🔹 Economic & Workforce Redevelopment
Creating transitional employment programs and sustainable business opportunities for returning citizens, marginalized laborers, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Long-Term Vision
Mrs. Adams envisions a nationwide (and international) network of faith-based consulates, sovereign land projects, sustainable housing communities, and orphan care centers—all governed by biblical justice and rooted in spiritual liberty. Through every initiative, she strives to embody the heart of God for His people.
